The location is very good, 20/25 min by foot from the GasLamp quarter and Little Italy (the vivid areas of the city). There is also restaurants around (a good ramen restaurant, empanadas, mexican food...) if you dont wanna walk too much. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the room is spacious enough. Plus comparing the price to the other motels/hotels around, this one is relatively cheap and you have what you would expect.

Everything was updated and modern and comfortable. Nice colors too and across Balboa park, it was great.

Staff was awesome - professional and extremely helpful. Even allowed a late check out so we could eat and leave our pet in the room

The booking and check in process was fast and easy. The staff were very good at communicating and they were friendly and professional. The property was well kept and I felt very safe there.

Convenient location. Beds are comfortable. Room was quite spacious. Check in staff had a great attitude and was friendly!

The room was close to downtown which was our main concern. The rooms and beds were of decent size and the hotel was able to accommodate for two rooms being next to each other. We had a great stay. For those complaining about the noise, it’s a hotel next to the freeway what else did you expect.
